How It Works
AlgoBizSuite integrates directly with Odoo as a modular payment component.
The system connects to Algorand’s blockchain network, enabling transactions to be processed instantly using stablecoins. Businesses can choose between self-hosting their Odoo instance or subscribing to our future AlgoBizSuite Hosting service, which provides a ready-to-use cloud environment with integrated blockchain features.
Our architecture leverages open standards and existing Odoo Community Association (OCA) frameworks, ensuring compatibility, security, and continuous collaboration with the open-source community.
Current Status
The proof of concept has been successfully tested, enabling Odoo users to perform payments using USDC on the Algorand blockchain.
The next stage of development includes adding EURC support and implementing a smart contract scheduler to handle recurring payments and subscription automation.
In parallel, we are preparing an open-source release for the OCA community to attract early adopters and gather feedback. A future phase will introduce a hosted platform for companies that prefer to use Odoo with built-in blockchain capabilities — without having to manage infrastructure.
